How do I play?
In the game, open Settings and tap How to play. In short: whoever holds the 3♦ opens, each play must beat the last one with the same number of cards, and the first to empty their hand wins.
Where are my gold ingots and items?
They're saved on your phone. Uninstalling the game, or moving to a new phone, starts afresh. If something you bought didn't arrive, email us the date and your store receipt.
An ad didn't pay out
Rewards are paid for ads watched to the end. If an ad closed early or wouldn't load, try again a little later.
How do I turn off personalised ads?
In the game, open Settings and switch off Personalised ads. You'll still see ads, just less relevant ones.
Is Jadora gambling?
No. There's no real money to win. Gold ingots are for fun and can't be cashed out.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the game: everything it saved goes with it. The privacy policy explains the ad networks' data and how to control it.
